I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

The courier service that delivers your order usually tries to deliver on the next business day if you miss a delivery. You can check your SMS for more details on when the courier service will try to deliver again।.

The delivery of my order is delayed. What should I do?

Can I pick up the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?

As per company policy, a shipment cannot be opened before delivery, but you can accept the shipment and contact us later if you have any concerns.

If I request a replacement, when will I receive it?

Go to My Orders to check the status of your replacement. In most locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other areas, the replacement is initiated after you pick up the originally delivered item. Please check the SMS and email we send for your replacement request for more details..

How do returns work?

You can request to return your items with these easy steps:

  • Log in to your Asha Shopping Mall account.
  • Go to My Orders.
  • Click 'Return' next to the item you want to return or exchange.
  • Fill in the details and request a return.
Once you have made the request, you will receive an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Depending on the item, your request may be approved automatically or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, you will receive a replacement or refund. You can instantly track the status of your return request from the 'My Orders' section of your Asha Shopping Mall account.

What is the Credit Card EMI payment option of Asha Shopping Mall?

With Asha Shopping Mall's Credit Card EMI option, you can choose to pay in easy instalments of 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 or 24 months using credit cards from the following banks:

How does Asha Shopping Mall prevent card fraud?

When we are not able to rule out fraud in rare cases, the transaction is stopped and we ask the buyer to share relevant evidence.
