To exchange or return your product on Aasha Shopping Mall, click on the Product Return option in the navigation bar of your mobile app or website. Select the reason for your return - based on which the exchange option will appear, where applicable. Here you will have three options available:
- Exchange: Your order will be exchanged for a new identical product of a different size or colour.
- Return: The product in your order will be replaced with an identical product in case it is damaged (broken or defective) or defective (it has a functional problem which causes it to not work).
- Refund: If the product of your choice is unavailable in your preferred size or colour or model, or if it is out of stock, you may decide that you want your money back. In this scenario, you can choose a refund to get your money back.
Depending on the kind of product you wish to return, your return request may have to go through a verification process. After verification, you will need to confirm your decision based on the category of product ordered. Keep all the necessary items ready that are needed for the return process - invoice, original packaging, price tags, accessories, etc.
Pickup and delivery of your order will be scheduled hands-free in case of exchanges and replacements. Refunds will be initiated and processed, if applicable.
