1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or replacement if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a successful return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and barcodes intact.
  • You must have the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personal care items, innerwear, cosmetics, and beauty products.
  • Customized or personalized items made on special order.
  • Products purchased during special clearance sales or flash sales.

4. The Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact our support team with your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the issue (especially if the item is damaged or wrong).

Once approved, our team will schedule a reverse pickup from your address. If reverse pickup is not available in your pin code, we may request you to self-ship the item back to us (shipping costs will be reimbursed).

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed via your original payment method:

  • Prepaid Orders (UPI/Cards): Refunded directly to the source account within 5-7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunded via UPI or Bank Transfer. You will need to provide valid banking details to our support desk.
